This position is full-time Monday through Friday with one Saturday morning per month.
The ideal candidate will excel at multi-tasking and have outstanding customer service skills.
1-2 years of Medical Office experience preferred.
Job Duties:
Performs all duties pertaining to admission of inpatients and outpatients in a positive and professional way.
Responsible for verification of insurance and identification.
Processes patient admissions and discharges in a timely and accurate manner.
Assists with payments for patient accounts.
Performs routine office functions.
Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and PA/NP availability.
