We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in all weather conditions.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials and equipment - Operate hand and power tools as directed - Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks - Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role is preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions - Excellent physical stamina and dexterity - Willingness to work in various weather conditions
