Advertising Specialist
Aurora, NE Aurora, NE $19 an hour $19 an hour Position
Summary:
Assists with the sales and marketing efforts, including creative design and editing of marketing materials, preparing and coordinating direct mail marketing materials, design and ordering of brand products, project coordination for marketing projects as assigned for Hamilton business lines.
Works through various types of media including websites, social media, email marketing, digital resources, radio, TV, and newspaper advertisements.
Essential Functions:
Works with the Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Production Manager to create marketing and sales materials for Hamilton divisions.
Creates materials for various forms of media including print, web, social media, email, radio, and television and will work with media sources to coordinate and deliver advertising.
Gathers and analyzes consumer behavior data in web traffic and ranking.
Assists marketing coordinators in tracking and analyzing other marketing data and tracking ROI from campaigns.
Works in WordPress and SharePoint for updating, enhancing, or designing internal or external web or intranet sites.
Utilizes Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for creation and design of marketing materials.
Works with outside printing companies, organizations or agencies as needed to complete marketing materials.
Stresses quality and strict attention to detail in all work situations.
Maintains strict confidentiality of all relevant items, projects, and issues.
Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Will work closely with NSC and Relay Marketing Teams, Division Line Managers, Sales, and Customer Service Team Members.

Conforms to all department attendance and performance requirements.
Ability and willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Preferred education, experience, and skills:
Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, English, business, journalism, or related directly related work experience preferred.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including excellent grammar and sharp attention to detail.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
Experience with Website Design and/or programming is preferred.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Ability and willingness to travel alone.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
